The Real Food Reset is a 28-day nutrition and habit changing program designed to help you change the way you look at food forever. This 4-week program was created to help people understand the definition of “Real Food”, and truly learn to love it.

 The terms “whole food” and “Real Food” are often used in nutrition context, but not everyone truly understands their meaning. Learning to love Real Food, does not mean following a specific type of diet but rather understanding what Real Food is, where is comes from, how to prepare it and use it to nourish you body, no matter what type of diet you choose to follow.

The Real Food Reset is not a cleanse, detox or a diet. The Real Food Reset is a nutrition program that is designed to make you more connected with your food, teach you how to make better food choices and learn to fuel your body. The program is meant to help you create sustainable changes that you can maintain, and create a lifestyle you can feed good about, for the long term.

This comprehensive 4-week nutrition program will teach you what foods to focus on, what foods to avoid and what foods to limit. The program will guide you to understand how to create balanced meals, read food labels, understand the role of macros (Protein, Fat & Carbohydrates), and provide you with simple recipes, meal ideas and snacks.

Think about it – being healthy is a combination of exercise and nutrition. Unfortunately, you can’t outwork a bad diet! This program is for everyone:  whether you are completely new to clean eating or are looking to take your nutrition to the next level. 

Whether your goal is to create a healthier lifestyle,  learn to feed your family, lose weight or enhance your workout, this program is for you. This is no cookie cutter program. Everyone will receive a nutrition program based on their individual preferences and tolerances so each one will be unique.

Q) I have kids, are the recipes family-friendly
A) Absolutely! All of the recipes are created with family in mind and previous participants have had great success feeding their families on the program.

Q) I’m a vegetarian, can I do the program?
A) Yes! There is so much choice – veggie & meat – that you can adapt the program to work for YOU.

Q) I’m gluten-free, can I do the program?
A) Absolutely, we will customize the recipes in the program to be gluten-free or easily adaptable for everyone.

Q) I have food allergies; will I be able to adapt the recipes?
A) Most recipes are created to be low-allergenic. If you are unsure, please contact

Q) Who is Rob Richards?

A) You have probably seen me around the club in the evenings. Primal Wellness is my business and I will be personally running the Real Food Reset Program for you.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Specialist and have a Precision Nutrition Coaching Certification.

Q) I’m going on vacation, can I still participate?
A) Even more reason to! The program is meant to give you tools for real life, so it’s best to do it in real life situations.

Q) Is this Whole30?
A) Nope! The Whole30 program does not allow grains/bread/beans/lentils – this program does

Q) What happens if I fall off track?
A) This program is created to give you the tools to make the best decisions for yourself, and help create a sustainable long-term lifestyle. Nobody eats perfectly 100% of the time (not even me). If you stumble, there is no need to stress over it; enjoy it, accept it, move on and get back on track.

Q) I'm interested, how do join in the program?

A) Registration can be completed at the Fitness Forum front desk. Early bird pricing is in effect until March 31st, 2018, and spaces are limited so don't put it off too long if interested.
